10-14-20 UPON ARRIVAL FOR ROUTINE INSPECTION. STAFF WERE EITHER NOT WEARING A MASK OR WEARING IT IMPROPERLY. ASKED PERSON IN CHARGE TO PUT A MASK ON.
PROCEEDED TO LOOK UP THE GUIDELINES FOR DAYCARE FACILITIES. 10-15-20 PRINTED OUT GUIDELINES AND WENT BACK TO ESTABLISHMENT WITH THEM ALONG WITH NOTIFICATION OF THE COMPLAINT. PERSON ACCEPTING INFORMATION DID NOT HAVE A MASK ON. OWNER, JO THOMAS, CALLED ME AND LEFT A MESSAGE AT THE OFFICE. 10-16-20 TALKED TO THE OWNER AND SHE SAID THEY HAVE A PLAN AND IT WAS SUBMITTED TO DCFS IN ORDER FOR THE DAYCARE TO REMAIN OPEN DURING COVID. SHE SAID THEY DO NOT HAVE VISITORS TO THE DAYCARE AND THAT IS WHY I WAS NOT TEMPTED OR ASKED HEALTH QUESTIONS. I RESPONDED THAT ALL THE OTHER DAYCARES TOOK MY TEMPERATURE BEFORE ALLOWING ME TO ENTER. SHE SAID SHE WOULD GO OVER PROTOCOLS AGAIN WITH THE STAFF. 10-26-20 FOLLOW-UP. MY TEMPERATURE WAS TAKEN BEFORE ENTERING AND STAFF WERE PROPERLY WEARING MASKS. 10-27-20 FOLLOW-UP FOR FOOD VIOLATION. COVID GUIDELINES BEING FOLLOWED. COMPLAINT CLOSED. |
